　　国营越南电力集团(evn)国家负荷调度中心的关德海说,今年1月至5月,越南的能源短缺量达20亿千 瓦时。

　　当局已经在和平发电站上游,建造一个更大的水力发电设施,估计可在2012年全面投入使用 。

　　同时,越南也计划建造4座总发电量可达4000兆瓦的核电站,当局的目标是在2020年,让至少一座核 电站投入使用。

hello fellow bros, since the thread is a bit quiet, let me share my latest clean traditional massage in Hanoi.

This chain has i think 3 outlet, operated by Huong Sen Institue of Acupuncture.

The joint i went offer VIP rooms but i went for the normal package VND180,000
Pay and change, soak into a big urn filled with medicated herbs, followed by jacuzzi & steam room.

Proccee to the massage room, attended by a young lady, btw they have a lot of working staff (40? or more).

Massage are through and good strength, comes with gua sa, hot bean end with hot towels cover over u. oh i forgot, and some eye drop as well.

after changing, u may go to the eating place for free tranditional herb rice and porridge.

They used to have 3 outlets but now only 2. The one at 22 Ta Hien in Hoan Kiem district is under renovation. So only the other 1 left at Long Bien Hotel.

Last week (22 Jun), went to a clean massage place with Nxxmlo, address: 3, Lang Ha, Ba Dinh.

In all, we spent some 1.5 hrs enjoying some solid full body massage and foot massage. They even put cucumber slices on our faces while they massage. Quality of girls, only average, but service was good. The girls were friendly and quite playful (in the clean sense).

Dmg: Think it was aboyt 150,000 VND per pax. Tipping amount depends on you.

If you want good full massage, this may be the place you wanna consider.

(And btw, if you are hungry after the massage, just cross over the road to 2, Lang Ha where there is a Vietnamese fusion restaurant (the name quen roi). The bbq lamb meat was siok!! Price was a little on the high (but what the hack, to us Sinkaporean, still cheap). 2 con gai + Naxxlo plus me = 900,000. VND.

oh yes... thats the one i went, more ex, i believe its VND200,000. Cuase its near my office in Ngyuen Long Bang.
