My usual modus operandi when meeting Ivy is to take the ground level lift at 1st floor to the 3rd floor. From there, went to the carpark entrance on that 3rd floor and go up to 4th floor via staircase and straight to Ivy's shop. I avoid taking the escalator. In that way, I can avoid the irritating pests on guard duty soliciting for the customers. My god at times they can be very fanatical when chasing potential customers. here's my humble FR

paid entrance fee of $50 and she offered me JG i didnt ask for it. i thought it was massage but is all good for me.

looks wise my estimation is late 30s or early 40s.

I always take the cargo lift now haha. Get to scout for pokemon on the way to the lift. Last Friday morning got the chance to meet pokemon but sadly her looks wasn't my cup of tea so I tried Ivy instead
