Well, AFAIK, the transit hotels do not allow pre-booking. Only walk in! Meaning you show up, pay & take room on the spot (if have vacancy). I tried asking for pre-paid booking, they don't allow.

Best bet is to go to location with many transit hotels nearby or else go early!
