I did not watch the match. How did Kelleher, Tsimikas, Rhy William play? Are Clarkson and Billy Koumetio really as good as the reports say? Seems like Origi had another bad game.

Kelleher's mistake led to the equalising penalty.
Tsimikas is another tofu injury prone player.
Rhy Williams & Clarkson did their part as best as they could.
Koumetio is still a schoolboy making those schoolboy mistakes.... the game turned against LFC after he replaced Fabinho. From an attacking team in the 1st half..... to defending desperately in the 2nd half trying to stem the waves of Mitchyland attacks.
Origi needs to lose weight..... he is bloated and slowed down. Seems like he has lost his footballing skills too as his ball control was atrocious.

Our 2nd stringers not as good as touted.

Just read about the death of another football legend I grew up watching,
Paolo Rossi. A real fox in the box.

Great memories of '82 WC where Rossi became an icon in world football.' 82 WC was my favourite mainly because of Brazil. I had never seen a team like that before...they played a game that was alien to the English football game we would have seen on the telly at the time.

Rossi's legacy from that WC is huge...an iconic player and image of what I think of as the best WC ever. Fondly recall heading down to Uncle Choo's (late Singapore national football coach, another legend) sports shop in Plaza Singapura to check out the football kits and other paraphernalia after that WC.

R.I.P Pablito.
