Gerrard is doing well in Scotland. Rangers is leading the table after 16 matches by quite a big gap. He may just win them their first league title in 10 years. Plus he did secure them into the later stages of the Europa League. Whatever Lampard is doing with Chelsea, I think Gerrard will be capable of doing for us at some point in time.

I think we will win 2-0 tonight. Lead by 2 goals, start resting players. Minamino can be Firmino's substitution buddy for rotation. Ox can be the stand-in for Mane/Salah. Maybe we will start Rhy Williams or Nathan Phillips to give Fabinho/Matip a rest. Let Fabinho or Matip start on the bench and put them on only if needed. Have to start rotating players more aggressively.

Don't underestimate the lower teams, that was what happened against Villa when Pool took it easy. Fulham are desperate n they'll be all out to get the 3 pts. Most important for Pool is not to concede early, that's when Pool are most vulnerable.

Terribly disappointing given what a win would have meant to us. And on top of that, another injury, this time to Matip. We have to buy a defender in Jan - enough of this nonsense that Philips or Williams can fit the bill. Also, if Klopp can yank back Harry Wilson and Harvey Elliott in Jan that would be good.

Also really peeved off with the Keita situation and don't get me started on losing Jota for eight weeks. These tofu coming back for one game and then getting injured again. This is now beyond a joke and is hurting us bad. Not sure what the defence is going to be now against Spurs but it’s going to be hard.

Trent - missed a month
Henderson - missed a few games
Alisson - missed a fair few games
Salah - COVID for a couple of weeks
Tsimikas - Injured / COVID since he's been here
Fabinho missed a month
Mane - out for a little while with COVID too

Really sad news, goodbye to a Liverpool managerial legend. Will always be thankful for the 2000/2001 season, and just loved the expression of pure joy on Gerard’s face when Gary Mac scored the injury time winner against Everton.

Proper football man, will never be forgotten by Liverpool fans for all that he did.
