Sadly, I've been to Pattaya a few times, but haven't ever enjoyed myself there.

Guess I still prefer BKK.

I don't know. Maybe it's that the whole thing just feels overly commercialized (in the commercial sex scene...). It just feels like a meat market.

Also, the quality isn't really there, and TCSS doesn't work so well, they're literally just up for hard currency.

For me, every trip seems to be that I bar hop until I'm nearly blind drunk, then randomly pick anything, go back to the hotel room for what seems like a Geyland $40 session, and then that's it. Which may not be a bad thing, considering the few times I woke up and saw what I was in bed with, I wish I'd paid them to leave earlier.

I'm not too sure how to describe it... maybe it just doesn't seem to have the soul, or the feeling.

Me too. But I like to have variety once in a while. Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Chiangmai, Hatyai, etc.

Bro ChaYen I know how you feel. That's because you're jaded with the scene. You need to have variety. Try going to nearby countries for a change. The Wetnam TCSS Gang is a good example. They tour all over Asia. Cambodia, Jarkarta, HCMC, Changping, etc.

Also try to visit places of interest instead of just indulging in cheonging activities. Cheers.

Yeah , TC is right. Go for variety. Have you tried China or Phillipines?

Thailand scene has changed since their economy is doing so much better. ; thais now have much better oppotunities so the girls that are in the biz will ask for more.

Still , we are lucky the SGD is strong and there are budget airlines so still find thailand affordable for holidays.

Yeah, I probably need to get out of BKK more. I do travel around Thailand every now and then, but it's difficult to get away as often as I'd like. I guess time, for me, is a huge factor in these things.

As for places of interest... I'm the kind of guy that once I've seen one waterfall, I've basically seen all the waterfalls. :P The only times I go to PoIs, are when jio'ed by girls, and whiling the day away if I'm unfortunate enough to wake up before the chionging time has started.

I stayed in China for about 6 months... I miss it and HK so much. Never been to the Phillipines, but I hear conflicting intel on the girls available there. I really wish I could find the time to go down and investigate for myself. Cambodia as well, probably. Never been to Vietnam either.

Being based in BKK, going around the different provinces are fun every now and then for the change of scenery, but I really wish I could get away for long enough to fully enjoy the other scenes in the region.

Last night, me thirsty and went to Soi Cowboy to see what's happening in this famous soi. Took a slow walk, saw that Deja Vu is renovating the left side of the bar, saw some cute hostress, saw the same old things that i experienced so many times before.........boredom. Shark was having a promotion. Two pigs were B B Qed outside the bar, went in......nothing.....boring.....went out to the BBQ area and took a plate of fried pork to consumed. What Shark bar was celebrating.......me do not know nor care to know but got a plate of free pork to eat. No bad.....the fried pork !.

Went into Baccara where the waitress i knew smiled and elbowed me. Said hello to her, walked around the stage and looked at the puyings and went out to Dundee, a small bar where 4 puyings were on stage. Had a beer at THB100 but finished it outside. And walked to Baccara again, many people inside, mostly looking at the arses and pussies upstairs. Ordered a whisky from my favourite waitress. Slowly drank it while standing up. Few girls made eye contact, smiled at me.........yeah........ST at 2500THB and LT at 4,000 THB.......pheng mak mak !!!. Yeah.....pay 4,000 THB to screw a dead star fish or octopus is not what i am looking for.

Finished my whisky and took BTS to Saphan Khwai and walked along to T-DED 99 where i had a large Heineken at THB130, ice at THB30 and papasan bugged me to order food, get a puying, etc but i said that i am not drunk.......so no order puying........if i am drunk.......then i will order fried chicken to poke inside and spoke in Thai to him and all i wanted now was to drink my beer. Not many people here, including 2 farangs, couple of girls on the various pole stages that were seperated by lounge sofas. No customers in the private rooms with individual pole stages. Finished my drink and went into For U, The Best thai bars that were virtually empty of customers with pushy touts outside.

Went across the road and settled myself near the stage in Harlem Nights. At least, got a beautiful sweet young thing on the stage. Ordered a large Heineken at THB120, refused the ice, ordered salted chicken to eat as i did not have dinner other than the fried pork from Shark BBQ. A mamasan approached me and asked me to select a nice puying........told her that i wanna see assets first before i made up my mind. ST was 1,500, LT was 2,500 and puying sits with you for an hour for 180THB per hour. Ate my chicken and saw the chicken that became naked on stage. Pretty good chicken......the one on stage. Not so good pieces of chicken........the pieces that i ordered. Mai pen lai, paid THB210 for the bill and went to The Chat.

Hmmmm.......many syts here. More than in the other Saphan Khwai thai agogo bars. Again, they push me to select puyings but i refused to make up my mind. Drank another big Heineken, getting a bit mao now. Finished my beer and took a taxi to NEP.

And it was rather crazy in Obsession, Rainbow 3 and in my favourite bar, Spanky's in NEP........................( continue tomorrow ).
