I think this is an isolated incident. My thai teacher mentioned its very normal/ small case to do a nose job in thailand. also have personal frd (thai) did that.

That famous #64 puying name jot ... Sir, please don't tease me as I can hardly look after Myself nowadays as I might be going over to a French club or a turkish club.. Hmm , wonder whether the gals at turkey or France is better than manchester ??? Apparently , jot had an agruement with one of the bartenders in sharks and decided to switch over to baccara and for sure the mamasan of bacarra welcome her with open arms.
