Please bear in mind that this is a normal non sexual related event among a group of like-minded people between 20s to 40s who loves to make friends and party. We do not judge nor do we reject anyone unless:

1) you do not treat the ladies in the group with respect

2) any ladies feel uncomfortable having you join the group

3) auto pilots are not welcome

uninvited guest are not auto pilots, that's gate crasher.
auto pilots are those who confirm their attendance but went MIA on me when I text them and never reply or they do not pick up my calls or reply to my text on the day itself and did not appear at the meet up venue.

to me, it's ok to be late. but at least inform me your estimated time of arrival. It's damn frustrating on my side when comes to MIA. Cuz most of the time, we book table for our drinking sessions. and there is a min spending per table depending on the club. and that is why I am pretty strict/anal on this issue.
