I want to start with some reviews.

Germany:

Thanks for the reports from Germany.

I went there about 2 years ago and agree with your assessment that it is hard to find a young beautiful German Dom. It seems on websites, etc. most German Doms are so made up and look glamerous, but when you see in person - it is kind of a letdown.
Kira Page is an exception as she is just as beautiful as her photos. I sessioned with her at Avalon and she was a great Dom, but since 95% of my sessions over the last 15 years were in Japan - not the style I am used to. Kira has a harder BDSM style and non-sensual which is not my preference.

Another thing I found peculiar about Germany was how prices for sessions was standard at every place I went - there was little or no variation of pricing.
Think it was 220 Euro/hour.

As far as Tokyo goes there are so many choices now for English speakers that it is quite difficult to decide. But if this is your first time, I would suggest going to La Siora first. For the most part - the photos on Japanese websites are more representative of what you will see in person - unlike Germany.

dorei-yakata seem very interesting, i will check it out next time i go to japan.

Yes 250 Euro is alot for one hour session.
Even with the high yen, I think a session in Japan is better value.

Yes lack of good reasonable dungeon space is the main negative of sessioning in Japan. Alpha Inn is great, but very expensive.
