Bamboo, jetstar, vietjet, sq, scoot, Vietnam airline all approve to operate vtl. .. but yes have to read very carefully. .if tht particular flight is a vtl.

Only return flight hv to be under VTL if not you come bank will kena 7 days quarantine

Chances of a Non vtl very low ( it might be all flight vtl alr, not sure). Best when u book. . . Make sure there's a VTL logo next to the flight number. Example below

Sources from internet is showing that Vietnam allows supervised ART(within 24 hour) to be presented upon arrival at airport? If yes, I wonder what is the documentation required to prove this, probably PET status in healthsg can prove this.

Any lobang for the cheapest covid insurance in singapore, I am thinking of the AXA covid insurance.

notarised ART cert, thats your safest bet
same as the notarised PCR cert

I did a pcr instead of art. Cos 72hrs vs 24hrs. Abit too risky for 24 hrs before flight in case some screw up.

But coming back.. I taking art at vn clinic/ hosp. To fly bck.

But remember test cert print out.. cos they stamp on my test cert.. I dunno abt others or digital format they stamp where. Play safe hard copy.

This is what I am worried about, VTL arrangements both ways means it needs to be on VTL flights or else you dont qualify for the hassle-free arrangements between both cuntries

Hopefully this ignorance at Wetnam side persists.......
