Yes, the new Bao-an airport has free wifi. Please also note there is no subway line to the new BaoAn airport (still under construction), so it is taxi in and out for now.

There's a free bus service that connects the new Airport to the subway station at the old airport.

Yup... Will delay but normally don't have to sit in plane unlike in shanghai airport. Normally in SZ, delay is in boarding. However, I would advise u to return to sg via Hk. Cheaper, about the same time taken and much more flights and timings to choose from. Just take a ferry from shekou to hkia direct or car from huanggang, luohu, Shenzhen bay to hkia, depending where u are residing.

Remember to check the different opening hours of the SZ-Hong Kong border crossing points - not all are 24 hours.

will b station at nanshan district for a 2 to 3 month. which will b the best way to travel?? via hkg direct to szx.. yes the flight timing sucks for both silkair n tiger. I prefer hkg... cheaper by cathay too. but to tink of goin pass the chk point twice I headache liao, if travel to hkg, must pass thru hkg immigration than szx immigration again... plus hear from my colleague the q is super super long...

Since u stay in nanshan, go to the shekou ferry terminal and take the ferry direct to HKIA. No need to pass through immigration twice. Only pass through China... Hkia just need to do security check. If u fly SQ, Cx, jetstar u can check in luggage at the ferry terminal as well.
Other way in nanshan is to go to 深圳湾 but it's a longer journey to hkia by car and need to go through immigration twice. However the china immigration is when u are in the car so no need to get out and queue... Kinda like sg to jb style.

Be forewarned that there are 2 taxi queues. Green is for travel within Baoan and Red is for the rest of SZ. Taxi queues are long and normally 30-45 min wait. Actually I feel this new airport has even longer queues.
I sometimes call a driver to pick me but it costs almost double the price... But saves a whole lot of time. If you need one I can give u his contact. Have been using him for almost a decade already.
