u should try SAVE only if her 户口is from those 12 or 21 cities stated in the ICA website. those from 湖南，湖北，河南，河北， those inland cities , can forget abt it. i tried b4 .

2nd thing, u nid to have proper income tax filing if u r going to be her guarantor . the 5k sgd deposit is only required if ICA ask u to , if not just the processing fees.i think 30-40sgd only. only deduct if the application is approved.

in the online application forms, u will be ask to fill in all the particulars. remember to fill in everything, even the address , u nid to fill in in han yu pin yin . u will nid a digital copy of her photo to be submitted online.

the best way is you ask her to scan her passport and ID card and email them to u. from there u can fill in liao.

at the last column, u can put in remark. this is the palce where u put in why u wanna get a VISA for her to enter SG.

are u saying if the prc is fm the 12 or 21 cities you mentioned, then i can use SAVE online wif a higher chance of Visa pass? if the prc is fm the inner 4 city u talk abt, then chance is much lower if i apply thru SAVE? Wat next best 2 do? appointment wif ICA

i have tried twice using SAVE. for 湖南- once ，河北 - once
both gal kena reject w/o reason. no fees deducted from my cr card.

then the third time, i try getting my new gal in on tourist visa to stay for 30days,

i apply for single trip valid for 6mths, and guess what the ICA gives me?
multiple trips valid for 6mths.

her 户口 is from 广东省梅州市。passport also issue in GZ, previously the two all
their passport issue in their respective state/city.
this will be ask in the application in SAVE also.

just like one of the bro say one, if u serious in getting married wif her, then just go down ICA, make a appt with the respective officer, talk to her/him, ask them for a solution.

unless your gal kena blacklisted b4, otherwise i really dun see why she cant get a VISA here.

I am thinking of bringing a girl from 湖北 in to Singapore on tourist visa. Does that mean I can't?

Just state a good purpose of coming.

For example,
Visiting ur family as spouse-to-be. Also stated 5-10days staying.

Dun tell me stating the purpose :
a old man bring a young prc for shopping.
stay in 81 hotel

Just put yourself in the position as a ICA approval officer.
What will you see to approve the visa? I think purpose, place of stay and length of stay is one of the few important factors.

Can lah.... The sponsorer and prc serve a important factor as well beside coming from major cities.
Unless u apply and state : I am married bring the young prc for ST F**k
Once again. Just place urself in their position when looking at the visa application details
