i reach Joo chiat at around 445pm i chiong down liao from woodlands there total got 4 hotel 81 he told me where he was at de cab uncle could not find tried calling him hp off, he sms me at 4.45 saying i got to leave by 5.30 can u faster, is not wether i can fast anot is de cab uncle cant find, den another msg at 5pm telling me he gtg ler .

So i lan lan drop down cab fare 20 plus liao. then my cash really not enuff to go bac woodlands i called nat for help and she did help me, she even call the customer and told him and he agree to the passing of my cab fare which he did 20$ but he down my points, i admit i got wrong cause i cannot find the hotel, his timing it self is also so packed yet he got unhappy and down my points u all judge is this even fair to me a not.....

for those who say my points got drop cause my service suck then think again........ now whose fault isit
