Went to Xiangxi cun. No FLs in sight. Seems like too much police presence is keeping the FLs behind doors. New mode of operations is the mamasan or papasan will be prowling the alleys. They will bring you up to their place.

Went up and saw a room of 4 SYTs. One was tall and had C boobs, quite pretty. Paid RMB50 to mamasan and RMB100 to the FL. Quick wham bam and thank you very much. No GFE. I guess you get what you paid for.
RMB150 to do a pretty SYT is quite good deal so far even if only straight sex and no GFE.

for your info the xiang xi xun is full of plainclothes policemen at night
watch out for police van plate number 2400
it is a anti vice police van
the fls and mamasans are only afraid of plainclothes policemen
as for luohu cun it is just across the shangrila hotel ,across the road
you can see a row of red color buildings, exit from the luohu metro station
walk in, there is a security guard post there.but the security guard is not always there
walk further in, there is a a row of tui na shops and hair salons

going rate is from 150 rmb to 300 rmb depending on what you want

Just wondering if the business over there is good as i am going to do wholesale.

My friend did tell me about the venture and i have also headed over to have a look.

The crowd is huge.

The margin is fine as i am heading over to do it as well thus money is in my hand.

I am will be mingling with electronic devices.

In any case there are many success stories coming out frm SZ. If you have a factory with low overheads and cheap labour churning out worldclass products, u have a winning formula.

DJI Phantom, for eg, the world's best-selling drones, is made in SZ. Likewise for Yongnuo (camera lighting), mobile phones and so on... too many to name. Good luck on your venture but do get to know the China culture a bit better at the same time.

Just to share with you. My family has been doing business in China for more then two decades. Some issues that you must note and a few experience to share with you.

When in China, trust no one even famiuly members or friends. Why? We used to have a rather huge fish farm in Hainan Island back in the 90s where we let our close (china) relative run the daily operations. My dad and uncles would only go back once in a few months to check on the farm. everything was hunky dory for te first two years. money was made, business improved. But, they received a huge shock when they went back and found out that the farm was sold off to another bloke! Apparently, that relative managed to changed the ownership and title deed to his name and proceeded to sell off the business which was then worth clos to 1m sgd. It was big money then!

Times have improved and so had the judiciary system. Its not so easy now to pay money undertable and get a change of ownership but please be aware of this issue.

Next, who is going to be the legal representative (发人）in your business? If it is not you, be prepared that your company may be eaten up whole by the legal representative. China legal system only recognises the 法人 and no one else. So, if legal rep decides to play punk and sell your company, you will also have no choice but to adhere to his whims and fancys.

Market is very huge in China, no doubt. But the most important thing that u must have besides money is connections. connections that will buy your product from you. No connections= no business even if your product is better and cheaper then your competitors. Its that simple. Dont forget, threre are many other similar business in China and your rivals who are more established and has deeper pockets may just price you out.

money can be in your hands, but you also have to make sure that your company's seals is also in your hands and also that you are the legal rep. but if you are the legal rep, you are subject to prosecution and scrutiny by the authorities.

in a nutshell, make sure you are well versed in the laws of china.

Written contracts? Worthless as the whole judiciary system is rigged to favor locals and those with more “Guangxi.” Verbal agreements? One must understand that the new breed Chinese never even knew Confucian values that we from other parts of SE Asia live our lives by. How many times have I gotten totally screwed by a supposed “trusted partner” who when I confront turns around and just stated – “Welllll SEAJ, that is just how business is done in China; don’t worry about it, dinner and drinks on me tonight!” Totally without shame and even with actual pride! Think about the sharp practices of our own Stealth Agents on SBF - they’re total babies compared to some Chinese businessmen. LOL!

And it doesn’t matter the size of the business, in whatever industry and in whichever part of China. Oh sure, I and I’m sure many others have had quite a few profitable ventures up North – but these I got out of before it goes belly up or I get screwed up on; which is how business is best done in China – short term and to be on top of EVERYTHING AT ALL TIMES. Don’t get lulled into dreams of building up a long term business in China because sooner or later, your Chinese counterpart is going to be the only one to benefit from the long term gains! That or be prepared to become 101% China businessman yourself!

And yes, there is the added problem of who the Legal Representative (发人 or more accurately 法定代表人) is. Duties and PERSONAL responsibilities of the Legal Representative ARE very onerous and you may not want to take up such legal obligations – but think about it; if your Chinese “partner” is willing to become such even when so vexatious, there IS a reason for him to want to be such!

my two cents as PURELY an observer is this...
1. u doing with a friend..how well trusted is ur friend, whats is his special skill that he brings to tyhe enterprise, what do u bring (if just money then once he has access to ur miney why not cut u loose)
2 Family member in china, its VERY common for family to cheat family ..again so what special skill do u bring to the enterprise
3 the china market shenzen has been open for 20yrs plus to the west (ie u 20yrs too late) to do well in business u eitehr have to be one of teh first ones to do it opr to develop a way to do thing BETTER/cheaper than existing guys doing the same thing...do u think u have either those two criteria
4 the world is cirrently and continueing to be in a slow down with the usa only now possibly improving that means possibly 5 yrs of slow business do u have sufficient capital to weather the storm?

Anyway without further information not really possible to make full and proper assessment
