Bangkok 'best city for nightlife'

Bangkok has topped the list of the ten best cities for excellent nightlife adventures for travellers, according to a survey by Agoda.com, a leading hotel booking site.

Agoda.com has just released the list of the top ten nightlife cities as chosen by its customers. With New Year’s Eve now upon us, these cities are perfect to ring in 2013, it said.

The results were based on feedback from over 113,000 respondents provided at the end of their stay in the cities. The Agoda.com customers rated the nightlife on a scale of 1-5, 1 being “poor”, and 5 being “excellent”. The top spot was taken by Bangkok, which Agoda.com called "Thailand’s energetic capital known for its tuk-tuks, temples and street food", followed by Dubai, the gleaming desert city in the United Arab Emirates, and Boracay/Caticlan in the Philippines, famous for its white sand beaches and swaying palm trees.

Thailand placed again in the list with Pattaya, the seaside town widely known for its raucous Walking Street and massive influx of tourists looking to blow off some steam, followed by Tokyo, Japan’s neon-lit mega-city that’s home to 13 million people. Thailand’s largest island, Phuket, was next, followed by China’s Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau, the former known for its vibrant architecture and world-class food, and the latter famous for its massive casinos and Portuguese/Chinese cuisine.

Rounding out the list were Taiwan’s modern capital of Taipei, and Bali, Indonesia’s perpetually buzzing island paradise.

After my 5 nights in bangkok and going around so many gogo bars, I can see that best quali girls are in Baccara (soi Cowboy) and rainbow 4 (nana)

In Rainbow 4 there is very very low chance of getting a hot girl if yo u are not Japanese. Even in Baccara Japanese are first choice but others do get a look in.

Japanese have really spoiled the market and easily pay 7-8000B per night. Also make the girls work less. One of the girls I picked was giving me all the positives of going out with a Japanese customer. Just stating what I heard from a BG.. Without any prejudice about Japanese friend!!
- big pocket. Always gives a fat tip
- very clean and hygenic
- small dick. Only one shot is usually enough and less stressful.
- some don't even have sex. Just like to watch the girl play with herself
- stay in good hotels. No budget accomodations.

I understand from girl's angle it's a no brainier given a choice.

Thai girls seem to have a very set way of checking if a guy has money or not...

Got money---
Well dressed
Japanese
Angmoh (well dressed middle age one)
Buy bottle at bar

No money---
- sloppy dressed tourists
- young kids
- retired old men
- foreign men speaking thai( they probably work in Thailand and don't earn much)
- dark skin

Depending on their perception of someone having money, they choose their client.

I had a bad experience at Rainbow 4. Got this super hot chic I want to bar fine. Kept passing her 100B while she was dancing. 8x times. Then offer to buy her a drink. But she didn't come. Went over to an old Japanese guy sitting at the back. Gave up after that. Going after the best lookers always difficult.

Bro if that is the case you are better off without her.Rainbow 4 are well known as Japanese joint,even farang complain about the gals there.But then again some farang are known to be kee neow.

Erm I have no troubles in Rainbow 4. Every girl I want I can bf lehz, and I pay normal rates. Maybe I'm just lucky.

Rainbow 1-3 ST~ 2000baht LT~4000baht,as for Rainbow 4 I don't know why slightly higher(Maybe cause of many Japanese visiting there).
Rainbow 4 ST~2500baht LT~5000baht.
This rates are what I know on oct 2012. Not sure abt now.

I can confirm the Rates for Rainbow4 , they are up to date as of new year.

For ST they even have some upstairs room available in case you can't take her back to your hotel. Again I was not lucky with the best girls there. The not so good ones could be bar fined easily.

I believe there are two short time hotels on the third floor. Used one before - 300 Bahts. CD is also available for sale.

The room was cramp, dumpy and damp, but it didn't really matter 'cause there was only one thing on my mind
