I might be able to help you guys out a little here. There's this cyber cafe, big one, opposite new world park. Crap, cant remember the damn name when I need to. I think its Net City. Its the one that has a coffeeshop next to it and above it is a hostel. Well, many PRC and Viet KTV girls actually stay there. Some do moonlight as FL through taxi drivers. If you guys wanna try your luck, best to go hang out at the mamak stall there in the mornings when they come for breakfast. Day 1 - Step 1
Identify target first. Easy targets are waitresses, sales promoters or cashiers. Spot target. Very important, choose one that looks over 18 k. You dont wanna go to jail. Check for wedding ring. Look for her name tag. If all clear, make sure she is alone. You dont wanna go when the place is packed. Pay for first item, thank her and include her name. Look at her face when you do so. Tell her that she looked really cute when she smiled and that it really lit up her face. Dont say hot, sexy, pretty or beautiful. Use CUTE. It loosens them up. She'll blush, smile again and thank you. Move on. Come back to her after minimum 5 mins, max 15, you dont wanna seem desperate and you dont want her to forget you too. Go take another item to pay. She'll ask you how come again. This time look straight at her and tell her that her smile earlier made you forget what you needed to buy. Guaranteed she will laugh. Ask her what she's having for lunch and where. Ask her if you can join her. Tell her you wanna see her smile again. If she appears hesitant, tell her its just lunch and with her friends also can. You gotta have balls, else it wont work. If she is single, available and you do it right, she'll say yes.

Day 1 - Step 2
Meet her for lunch. Offer to pay but dont insist. Maintain distance and eye contact. You gotta be cool and composed. And for gods sake, no ego pls. Talk on stuff like work, school/uni. Touch on their family background but dont pry too much. Never show off as its a turn off. Ask her hows her meal, little things like that. As she's about to finish, now is the important part. Lean over and whisper near her ear that you really enjoyed her company. That will give you an indication of your chances. If she pulls away, then you need more lunch dates. If she lets you into her space, means you are in the right direction. Now, you get up first and stand two steps ahead. Take a deep breath and offer her your hand. She has to take it. As you guys walk back, dont grip too hard. Just lightly is enough. And keep a bit of distance, dont let shoulders touch yet. Make sure her friends and colleagues see you guys holding hands. It means she doesnt mind it. Before you leave her, get her number and ask her what time she finishes work. If she has a tea break, repeat the entire lunch step.

Later once she is home, only then sms her. Tell her how the day was one of your ever. Dont go on too long. She needs to sleep too.
