Villa girls 800k to 1.1 juta on average.
you may find a few 700k girls.
you may also see a few 1.2 juta girls.
Most girls are in the region of 900k to 1 juta.
Remember to bargain hard.

Now in balai. Yesterday booked a girl from Vila 52 named Ria. Initially attitude and service was good. But after dinner at 9pm her friend came to invite her for birthday celebration at nearby hotel. Both promised would be returned in a while. So I released her.
However she was not coming back at 1am. So I call her boss, Ah Hee, reporting her missing. Then I went to hotel reception asked the receptionist to put a remark on the record book that the girl left at 9pm. So if anything happened to her I would not held responsible to protect myself. There was an incident which a girl told her tamu she was feeling unwell and need to went back to vila end up over drugged and killed at disco. The worst part was hotel and vila record showing that the girl was with the tamu. So the tamu blur blur arrested for interrogation.
This is not the end of my story. The boss had hard time to locate the girl at midnight after my report. She was finally escorted by vila guy to my room. Then I thought no point to hold her anymore so asked vila guy to bring her back.
Then I realised sgd100 was stolen. I called the boss again told him my money stolen. Ah Hee turned to emotional and started blaming me for girl missing and money stolen. What the hell! The papi Toni who knows me is not working there anymore due to dirty hand. But Ah Hee promised to search the girl once she reached vila.
This morning I called again he told me nothing was found after searching up side down. He told me no reason for him to compensate. He apologized a few times and I agreed. I convinced him that I'm not a trouble maker and 100% sure of money stolen.
Last time vila 55 girl stole my money I didn't report because not 100% sure, got 95% sure but I gave the benefit of doubt to the girl.
I'm frequent in balai, no more to batam. I knows there is girls problem in vila 52, 55 and 58( the one with more syt not sure A or B). But never think of kena one.
I'm solo traveller to many places, always lay low when abroad. Hope my long nanny story is useful to alert fellow cheongsters.

Thanks for sharing bro . Did you let the reception witness the girl as she is leaving the hotel or tell the reception after the girl left the hotel minutes ago .
My though is if this event really happen , the police might ask the reception if she really seeing her (the villa cewek) left the hotel.

U did the right thing. I did that too. Ever happened to me too. But many years back. Villa 52 too. Okt Tony with tatoo. Such incident can happened to any joint. Depend on luck ya.

The moment you book her you're already the target. She knows already on that day is her friend birthday party. The pappi of cos cannot find the money as she has already spend it. Who to blame the girl or you? I will blame you for your careless mistake with money, for leaving the money "open". I also believe this is the first time you've booked her, right?

2d1n yesterday! Not my first trip though.

Reached harbourfront at 7am to collect my 1 way ticket, cost S$31, and made my way through sg custom and waited for indofalcon which departs 7.55am. Ferry was full with people.

By 9am Balai time, cleared id custom and made my way over to take the blue van transport over to maxi hotel, it's Rp5,000. Took awhile to check in as there were a bit of people, was given my pre-booked standard room at Rp480,000 to be paid on check out, 10% discount for cash payment. Went over to the money changer, rate S$1 = Rp9,870, definitely better to change money in Balai. Took the free shuttle over to villa at 9.30am journey approx 10~15mins.

I don't remember the villa numbers but I went to the first few frontal villa but none to my fancy. Walked down a bit down and I'm back to where I took my previous lady at 52, at this time there are still quite a few lookers left! The mami said my lady got booked and I glanced through what's left and saw the ladies my bros previously got, still so cute and pretty but I decided to move on deeper for more options. Ladies stock level is definitely there, many guys searching for their ladies too probably it's the starting of the month and everybody got their salary! walk and walk, saw many lookers from different villa and cost like Rp800,000 to Rp1.1Juta. Finally went in to 15, a cute lady caught my attention, asked mami price and was quoted Rp1Juta, unable to bargain down. As I'm getting lazier to move about and she's the one I have the feel, I settled with her and asked her be at my room at 12pm.

Took the shuttle back hotel, arranged with front desk for today ferry to sg Rp250,000 and after that had wanton mee at a store nearby, not nice at all though cost Rp20,000 with kopi susu. Went to maxi spa at 11.15am, clean traditional massage Rp98,000. One of the best so far for the skill and environment. Ended at 12.15pm, went back room and my girl is in the room! think it's the housekeeping guy let her in as my massage overshot, didn't lose anything so ok had my first round and nap till 6pm for dinner at long beach. Food wasn't good though cheap as well. After dinner went over to Aston hotel ktv "champions executive club", standard room is big and the song system is even better than sg lupsup ktv as I was expecting them to be just so so, bill came up to Rp970,000, deemed reasonable for usage till they close, 14 cans of beer and some finger food! went back hotel at 11pm and there goes my second shot. Slept till today morning 7am and my girl prepare go back villa. Bid goodbye and gave her Rp200,000 for her gfe!

Today had breakfast at maxi, food seemed better than previously. Relaxed and went around for massage. Took 2 massages at 2 different shops, both Rp60,000 each for an hour. Must ask for "special" else it's just normal 1pm left hotel to ferry terminal, immigration clearance seems better now as they don't really ask for "kopi lui" anymore.

Bro M and me went only. Driver Kofa intro Bro S, Bro MC and Bro A cos he fetch us together. We stayed different Hotel for 1st night.
1x Falcon Ferry $56
Xe Rate 041215 $1 = 9,862 rupiah
Sun Plaza Rate 031215 $1 = 9,600 rupiah
Maxi Rate 041215 $1 = 9,800 rupiah
Paradise Rate 041215 $1 = 9,860 rupiah
The Rate changed 3 times in 1 day. 9800 -> 9840 -> 9860.
Changed $500= 4,900k rupiah too early or too fast.
This time we decided to recce other Hotels. We chose Paradise Hotel for 1st night. 2nd night is Maximillian Hotel.
1N Paradise Hotel costs 450k but we were allowed to pay by sgd $45 (441k) which we saved 9k rupiah only. I tip the bellboy 5k cos he escorted me to the room. I found Paradise Hotel very quiet or lifeless. The room size is similar to Aston Hotel. But the room is badly lit. The furniture look run down. The breakfast variety is very limited.
I was so lucky or unlucky to meet the 2nd gal "Adeliyah" which I booked and condemn her at Batam on 12 Sep working in Villa 1!
Booked from Villa 12A NT 21 yo for 950k x 2 days + Ojek 50k + Cig 19k + Tip 300k for 2 days. (3 + 1 rounds = GFE and help to bath) can have more shots if I spend more time with her in the room.

7x Bf Bak Kut Teh 412k (Sg variety show even recommended here which I mentioned in my 2nd and 3rd trips)

2x Lunch Wanton Noodle plus drinks 36k in between Paradise Hotel and Maximilian Hotel. Opp shop is for people holding their Wake.
1x Nasi Padang 20k (Beside Balai View Hotel heard is better than the one Opp Balai View Hotel.
1x Grape 30k nothing to shout about). Personally feel ex.
4x Dinner Zhi Char 107k (Bingo Food Court. Ordered Onion eggs, Sambal Sotong, Kang Kong and Rices).

4x Pool 30k (I believe we played 1 hr) Above Bingo Food court. Many people. The place is hot. I keep perspiring. Of cos can smoke although has Aircon. Tip the girl 5k that keep helping us to arrange the balls when we finished a game.

1N Maximilian Hotel List Price is 680k - 20% = 544k for New Standard Room not allow to pay by sgd. No bathtub. My room bed spring is spoiled so I have to call the housekeeping to flip my bed and tip him 5k. I found Maximilian Hotel very rowdy or many people. The room size is 2/3 Paradise Hotel. The room looks very new and bright. Good view outside the Hotel especially I stayed high floor 5th level. Disadvantage is noisy because the Pub or KTV is at 7th level. 3 Pool Table using Sgd 50 cents coin to play per game. Changed 20k for 5x 50 cents coins. If you notice the rate is better than Money Changer rate. The Heineken is exorbitant because 2 beer cost 82k. The breakfast is comparable to Aston Hotel.

Actually I am follower. Haha. Tentatively 18-20 Dec but not confirm yet. You can pm me if you don't have too high demand. As you can read all my trips is eat, f, drink, chat, sleep. Massage is optional. No shopping and Pub or KTV. Mostly staying in the Hotel unless go out for meals only.
