Just back from taiwan, would like to share these with the bros here.

Taipei, can go to CEASERS SPA, it's near 10min walking distance from Nanjing E Road MRT. Located inside AsiaWorld SC, level 15F. There's a very big sauna logo outside the SC so you wont miss it. The place is very big inside and facilities are very good inside, full package is at 4600NT or 4800NT (sorry cant really rem the exact). I tried 2 girls and the quality are around 7/10, not too bad to try.

If you want KTV style, there's a lot along Chang Chun Rd (very near Nangjing E Rd MRT as well) Address is No 31 Chang Chung Rd. There's a couple of big logos so you wont miss out as well. Because you need to know someone to bring you in, but just let them know you're recommended by your tourist friend and show the bouncer your passport and he'll let you in. The charges are NT2000/hr and NT1000 for tips. The girls will just drink with you in the room! If you want extra, you NEED TO ASK FOR THEIR CONTACT and ask them out. My advise is just sit 1 hr to choose the girl you like and follow up on FL. My experience is that in TW the girls will not ask u for biz, so you have to auto ask them if you want them.

If you want cheaper KTV, need to go south eg kaoshiung where you can get the same thing for NT1000 or NT800 (viet) per hr. The charges in TPE is higher! There are some "show" bars around as well. THere's girls and she-male who'll rubba you and ask for tips. They are quite aggressive to get the tips so be careful.

For massage FL, you can go to their mei rong yuen (beauty saloon). You can identify these quite easily as they're open at night with nothing that looks like a saloon. Basically these are FL shops. Charges is around NT1500 onwards. I went 1 but didnt get good experience as the OKT didnt let me choose the FL and is very aggressive in pushing their FL to me when i try to reject. My advise is go in the shop and see if you can see their FL near the doors and choose 1 if you like, dont follow them upstairs because theyll just bring u to the room automatically.

hope this is helpful for bros here travelling there. taiwan is a nice place with tons of SYTS around the street, and the pple are very helpful n nice!
