i suspect Fion's idea of detoxification is a regime of fruit juice like drinking OJ. A fruit juice fasting program is a great way of detox, cleanse one's body and prevent disease and lose weight. Although going on a liquid diet will help to lose weight, long term juicing will mess up your metabolism. Moderation is the way to go. Green juice will help too for those who hate veggie. I prefer beer to detox. But then again I prefer beer, period.

Clever! Hahaha purge all the toxins out. But can't do too many days. Maybe 3-5 days max.

After the first day u feel like dying already... Of hunger

But after 3rd day it gets better. Feels cleaner. N when it's over u slowly increase ur solid food consumption back to the norm. Oh! I like it that u will get nice skin!

Ps, on top of juice must drink lots of coconut water for energy.

Mrng sweetheart! Don't need to cook but must blend the juice leh. Quite a hassle also leh babe unless u can find a company providing juice cleanse where u are although v worth the effort. I wanna try 5 days this time. Let u know if I survive

For d detox part, i tried maple syrup with lemon juice mix with water. But 1st few days lost weight only lost water bah. Water retention.
