went there for the first time last night around 8pm.

not that difficult to find if you drive as it is not that far away from Permas Jaya AEON.

not that crowded, about 1/2 full with customers and about 20 girls.

Just visted this new joint intro by my friend.

Went too early at noon so just use the pool and sauna room. Pool is not super big, but decent size to fit about 20 pax, not like those china spa where can fit 20 times more. Sauna and steam room also decent in size.

I have to say the captains there service is pretty good. They will mingle with you, bring you food and drinks and w/o asking serve you water after you finishes your plate/cup.

About 1.30pm you will see small groups of girls (4-5) coming in, perhaps to enjoy the buffet lunch also before starting work. Nothing caught my eye so i opt for a 1 hour massage first. Massage is for 1 hour, traditional thai style. I quite enjoyed it. When i got out the entire cafeteria area was full packed. Luckily can share seats with some fellow patrons there. The ladies line p about 20+ pax. The viets are generally more fair and prettier. But general standard there maybe just 6 or 7. No model standards there, so manage your expectation ya. So i had a cup of tea there first and started choosing. Shortly there is a group of thai SYT walking in, very kawaii style SYT, caught everyone attention. I think only thing that will deter me of going is the jam, took me 1.5hours to get in 3 hours to get out due to school holiday now. But definetely I will visit the place again

I got cab from city square, charged at RM30. Roughly around 20-30mins trip. When take cab from the spa, you can request from the counter to get a cab for you. But you will have to spend quite some time rotting before the cab is here...
