Correct me if I am wrong but mouth sores herpes are not considered as STD like genital herpes which you can only get from sexual activities..

As long as contact with infected area, the virus could transmit.
Eg:
M1(hsv2 + with sores) gets sucked off by F.
F gets infected and with sores in mouth go DFK M2.
M2 could get HSV2 too, no?

Based on what my ex experienced, the doctor said we can only do treatment and treat it so it goes away, but it can't be cured. so it can grow again maybe not in the exact same place

unless u are young, handsome and rich and dont mind getting shag by a 68 years old 180 pound lady, we are not going to have sex.

the best advice i ahve for you is to pop some antivirual medications and wait at least 1-3 weeks after the scabs is gone before engaging in sexual activities... the timeline will depends on various factors. Go read up this thread.
