Kings Landing

This new bar did not undergo a wholesale remodelling. It was left pretty much the same. The upholstery on the chairs and sofas was changed from green to orange. The stage has been opened at the far end for stairs and expanded around the big column in the middle, so the dancers exit at the far end and the next group comes on from the old stairs near the CR. The dancers dun do on a full circle around the stage any more. Girls now dance around behind the column.

The lineup of the dancers has been upgraded, altho that is not saying a whole lot as the quality of the lineup at Lancelot just before the change was low. There are some lookers and now there are some customers, while before the place was almost devoid of them. There are also some dancers in covered bikinis and holy stockings who dance on the counter around the stage, like at Centauro, except that they dun have any chrome poles to hang on.

Lancelot used to be really popular with the Koreans, as was its sister club Camelot, but it seems that they haven’t really come back. Instead, the place is filled with farang. The emphasis seems to have changed from cute girls to sexy girls. While the cute Lancelot girls used to be standoffish prima donnas, the dancers now seem much more interactive, allowing roaming.

They also kept the HH, altho there dun appear to be any signs to that effect. But they lowered the price to P50 , which might be the cheapest on Walking Street. It runs until 8 pm.

Bros should now include this club in their bar hopping.

Update

White Waveis another new club, located next to Bunny Ranch. Like the simple exterior, the interior is simple and painted white, while the stage is only a foot high and is freeform (wavy). The drinks are mahal (expensive), but the girls aren’t anything special and some are grossly porky. Kinda reminds me of Insomnia, which is also mahal. Bros can give this place a miss.

Centauro is also overpriced. Drinks are P110 and water-downed. Girls’ drinks are P180 and the donation to the cause (DTC) for regular dancers is P500 more than, say, at Camelot and on par with models at other clubs. Too bad – used to be one of my favorites. There is one dancer on the early shift named Rochelle. She looks nice (read: slim and more white-skinned) to me, but I could be wrong as dun see anyone buying her a LD or giving a DTC.

Nemesis has guys walking around the stage making sure the dancers keep moving and dun lean against the poles. There are now some dancers who wear tight dresses and are called models. However, they aren’t special girls. They’re taken from the regular dancers. Sometimes they get on stage and dance when they feel like it, otherwise they just sit around somewhere. Dun understand it. There is one cute girl (read: slim and more white-skinned) named Rachelle who has nice eyes, but some days she’s a cherry girl and others apparently she is not.

Camelot also has an attractive dancer named Michelle who was supposed to be a cherry girl, but to my utter surprise, others claim she is not.

Tight Jeans also has a slim blondie who I was led to believe was a cherry girl all along, but that appears not to be the case. Getting confused. Maybe it’s something they use to keep certain guys away.

Texas Angels has many Korean customers. The lineup has definitely improved, with some lookers (read: not plump). However, the waitresses are annoying and try to distract u from watching the dancers. Worth a stop.

Phillies has changed its special breakfast menu. Instead of unlimited refills on coffee/t, there’s only one now. And the delicious potatoes fried with onions and bell peppers have been switched to plain FF/chips. However, the price remains at P119 and is still a good deal. Runs until 10 am. BTW, a new waitress just started working there named Rosalina.

Dave's Hangout on Walking Street advertises steaks.

Zipper Rippa, Eruption and Cherry’s Bar are closed.

After School had only 6 dancers left 1 hr after they opened on a Saturday.

Some clubs have both models and spotlights, but dunno the difference.

A clutch of FLs accosted me on Walking Street. At first I was afraid they might be LBs but they weren’t. They weren’t bad looking. One was really aggressive and said she was “manibog” (?). Was sorely tempted to take one, but everyone warns about FLs from Fields. Any bro tried one?

Spotted some old Lancelot dancers at Kings Landing. There’s also a group from the old Carousel, including one girl who had caught my eye there. They said they moved to Kings Landing because of the new management at Centauro.

The Oppa Korean restaurant must be popular cause they opened a new branch just a few doors down.

Tao (P95) and Golden Calypso have HHs until 9 pm.

Champagne is having its 18th anniversary party on October 16, featuring dance shows, giveaways and finger food.

Doll House also has a lot of Korean customers. Apparently one of the managers or owners is Korean and can speak Korean. The other owner is from Hawaii. BTW, Atlantis, part of the DH Group of bars, is celebrating Hawaii week.

Met one pretty dancer who said she was knocked up by a Filipino when she was 17. She’s now 19 and the kid is a year and 5 mos old. She dunno where the kid’s father is. Reminded me the even tho we come here for fun and games, there are some sad stories behind the scenes.

how do u know they weren't bakla's?... most I've come across in AC all want to pretend to be girls even though they're clearly not...
and doesn't sound quite like a girl to come on to u in the street telling u she's malibog... sound like typical bakla M.O. tho...
usually aggression is one of the biggest tell tale sign to me.... most girls are not so aggressive or straightforward on first meetings...

look at the doorgirls... their job is to attract customers.. but even they are not as aggressive....

well...to those that are undecided on AC, it is still a great place to visit! Not much FR as i hit the main bars...nothing different there, sorry. Just plain fun and drinking..lol.

Gotten slightly more exp but there is good fun to be had in AC still.
