1) Do not let the negative reporting of runners ruin your stay in AC or even be the deciding factor to cum to AC. The runner problem is NOT THE MAJORITY of the gals you will encounter. If I had to guess, it maybe about 10% of the total or if gambling its a losing hand 1 out of every 10 hands you play. So odds are still very good in your favor.

So, although the US "may" one again set up shop in PI., sadly it will never be like it was before and with the failing US economy and US military spending to be cut in half and the very fact that the US military was almost deported out of PI over 15 yrs ago, I truly doubt the US will be stupid enough to invest and spend all that money to once again establish a huge 1st class modern permanent base just so that the PI gov't can come in and take it over later when the political atmosphere changes again. Setting up a Military outpost will be more like it.

Only reason why prices are so good for cheonging is because AC is in middle of no-where and it is a crappy place to live (well- shitty place is a more accurate term) and having nothing around has helped keep prices low.

Just want to relay an incident I saw 2 nights ago.
Abt 11pm Was returning to hotel walking on the pavement along Astro Park.
A couple was walking on the side of the road meters away infront of us.
Suddenly I heard a loud scream from the woman, I looked and saw a motorcycle speeding off from the couple n the pillion rider was holding a lady's bag in his hands. Her bag was snatched by a passing motorcycle rider. The man tries to give chase but to no avail.
Later saw them called w handphone (maybe police) a waste of time I guess.
So bros aware, walk on pavement n not on the road in quiet areas n try not carry slingbags or handbags as potential targets.
Cross-sling if need to carry.

It's just the road along Juliana's n Clarkstar, on the park side abt 50m away from Juliana's.
There were some cars parked along the side, so the victims walked even outer on the quiet road.
Sometimes if want to bring tablette or cameras, too big to put inside pocket so need to use a slingbag.
So bros when coming to/from airport by jeepney, do be alert if
you carry slingbag w valuables.
I usually if i carry a slingbag, put it on my lap(theft prevention) when in jeepney n after alighting had one hand grip on strap on way to hotel.
Haha...maybe people think I panaroid but I don't wish to be the one chasing motorcycles.
In the end, his friend decided not to barfine n Bro best's girl said she having mens.
I overlooked at reminding them to ask the barfineable questions before buying them LDs but i guess we were having lots of fun thus forgotten abt them.

Not to worry as this happens very often to any seasoned seniors in AC (including me). We all get caught up in the fun fill mood of the moment and just let things go and just have fun. In the end, we just end up paying a little more for those LDs but I always feel its not a total lost if we had fun there. U guys did have fun right
