Re: Understanding Vietnamese Life Partner
What is the chance of my Vietnamese sister-in-law getting a long term visit pass in Singapore? Or there is no chance at all? Please advise.

Re: Understanding Vietnamese Life Partner
Sis in-law means married to your bro. Answer is yes provided your bro is a singaporean or pr and meet all the ica requirements on terms and conditions. This topic was discussed in detail here and you can search for all answers.

Re: Understanding Vietnamese Life Partner
If i am not wrong, your sis-in-law will be able to get max 3 months stay in Singapore, provided you are singaporean or PR. But if you are looking for more than 3 months, it may not be possible. But your mum-in-law and father-in-law will be able to stay up to 5 years.

Re: Understanding Vietnamese Life Partner
Provided they are proficient in English and have an interest and understand how internet work, then maybe you can help them to create a income stream through internet marketing.

Re: Understanding Vietnamese Life Partner
It seems like there's frequent changes in ICA rules. Just a couple of months ago, there's still a section where `next of kin' of Singapore Citizens / PRS can apply for up to 90 days stay, but it seems that its not valid now.
Got this from ICA website: Application for Long Term Visit Pass •Visitors Seeking Employment in Singapore (Long Term) •Visitor Seeking Long Term Stay to explore business opportunities/ conduct feasibility studies/ business negotiation in Singapore •Female Visitor Whose Child/Grandchild Is Studying in Singapore On A Student's Pass •Visitor Seeking Permission To Deliver A Child In Singapore •Visitor Whose Spouse Is A Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) •Visitor (below 21 years old) Whose Parent Is A Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) •Visitor Whose Child (above the age of 21 years old) is a Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) •Visitor Seeking Long Term Stay |
