My menses jialat one, I fainted once in school and once in orchard and once in tampines ( when i was slimmer)
The pain , pulking, LS, dizziness and black out...
I had to go for jab and medication...
I am so glad it is over though.

If the pain has always been excruciating, or if it's getting from bad to worse, it could be an indication for endometriosis or adenomyosis, where laparoscopy may be needed. It happened to me 1.5 years ago. Go see a doc ok?
