I think K.C(kum ching - in hokkien) in service trade is applicable everywhere la....we go back to our car mechnic shop, saloon for haircut etc.....usually r people we built rapport in life.....in flesh trade services n friendliness is quite a must to survive....but i think it takes alot more other factors to retain regular pool of customers......
