Respective average prices in Pesos for Manila/Balibago: beer; 100/50, ladies' drink; 175to295/125, barfine*; 1000+2000to4000/1000.
In short, Balibago is half to one quarter the Manila prices.

*In Manila the P1000 barfine goes entirely to the bar and you have to separately negotiate with the chix on the amount to pay her which for an overnighter will be in the range of P2000 to P4000...though sometimes you might get lucky, like me

In contrast, the system in Balibago is that the P1000 is split between the bar and the chix...you do not have to pay the latter anything. Tips is entirely optional but not common though a "trike" fare of P100 or so would be appreciated.

Practically grew up in Balibago in the 80s. Still remember the money changers at check point trying to swinder me with their sleight of hand, the barbecue chicken stalls that lined Field's ave, the billyboys(Ah Guas) and the T-birds(lesbians). Can anyone tell me whether 3rd eye disco, Maverick city, Viking, Music box, skytrak and Fire empire are still around? Maybe they have changed names already. Used to visit the casino and Johnny's too.

Except for Johnny Supermart, all the above are history.
There is a new Fire Empire in Santos Street, off Fields Avenue but it's a pale shadow of the original at MacArthur Highway. The new (huge) casino is now a few steps from Johnny's.

The only girl still around is Myra - the little bubble gum girl; and later flower girl. You should remember her. In early 1979 she was a nine year old cutie pie. Now she's a hefty 34 year old mamasan.
