Somebody post FR on this site, there's a small flurry of excited people asking for contacts, but give a few days or weeks - and all back to normal. It's not sustained. Most people don't do "research" by scrolling back a few pages on the thread, so everything dies down after a while.

Generally up to the rogue ML whether she want to take the risk of offering these extras to every customer, or only to regulars who can be discreet.
