CAT50 usually ex-GL or ex-KS. They provide extras unlike CAT30 and CAT40. Ah May H11R09 is an exception.

Think it was really my luck 3 weeks ago while petrolling to PT. Walk in and out to couple of houses and hunting for my preference s-list. Found few of wls in good looking and tempting to walk in.
