Yo All brothers coming to batam beware. The checks by police has gone up alot recently. Kena check by road blocks almost everyday. Let you go if you got proper documents. Worst thing is to let them have a chance to ask you to Lim kopi at their station.

Be sure to have your proper documents when you travel. If you got a driver, that is ok.

Worst spot is at Batu Ampar, next to the old ferry. Kana 3 times liao this week including today when I past by.

These cops really got no $$ therefore, will do anything to get some $$ if they can.

Been keeping a low profile recently. Cheong at Tai Chi in Goodway most of the time. Got a few new gals. At least I know that place is safe for me. Know the mamasan and most of them there.

Make sure to bring your passport when go night scene hor. Dun suay suay up loti chia go back hotel in order for them to verify your passport/identity. Like that sure sian half one. Tell you what happen next time meet for TCSS.

Last thurday in Planet, a minor check was carried out by the polisi. The lights wasn't on and music wasn't stop. A group of 4-5 polisi went around doing random check of identification. Happened that there was one fella don't have his ID/passport with him, so polisi brought him back to hotel to verify his ID/passport. Then he came back to Planet and carry on. From what I understood, the polisi have the rights to bring you back to station if you don't have any ID with you. If you don't believe, you can check with your regular ceweks on this.

Anyway, its up to individual whether to bring their passport out. I myself don't.

Na Bey, dont talk about photo copies, I kana extorted before even with REAL ID, so dont talk about photocopies. That was sometime ago. Best is to cheong with friends, so they will not dare to do too much because they know you got friends.

I check liao, my regular cewek say she also duno .. the polis only check her KTP .. dun check her passport leh

but I usually safe-keep my passport with the hotel reception 1 leh, if 1 2 bring out/along I also duno how leh?

Aiyah, dun care lah, if they check on me, I just detour to the hotel lor .. anyway just wlk up the stair-case nia ....
