July is apparently the best month to go according to locals but I find it too hot. If u go on other times like April or may u might end up sueh if it rains a lot. Currently they still have our seasons clothes. If u go during their autumn/winter period u can get past seasons clothes cheap but not all will be sellin it as they'd be selling fall season clothes. Your timing should be fine.
