I'm not very good with Chinese Names but I think the place was called Chang San or something like dat. As for the building, I dunno it's name as it was all in Chinese but it's one of only 3 buildings there that have 6 storeys. All are the the bigger size massage/footwash establishments.

As for the damage the whole package was about 750 RM all in.
