some girls can enter after the ban period so is hard to say.Within ban period,no need to say,sure u turn back unless the officer blur cock or system screw up.

ban forever or not, only ICA knows...
a sister of my girlfriend entered sillypore after her ban period. she was lucky as the officer let her through without calling into office. few months later, she tried again and was called in office... kana send back. now no more come in liao.... waiting for a sillypore guy to help her..

Just to share 1 story:

I have vb whom she fake married To .. She thinks by doing that she can get LTVP n subsequently PR ... BUT then her LTVP was Not approved ! Prior to that she was banned 7 mths but entered Sg a few times after her banned period.

So the story is there is no full proof plan anymore... As long as u are banned before .... The journey will be difficult.

But there is also few cases where by those rich or famous ppl got away.

Example:christopher lee broke the law,get jail but still maintain his PR status

my appeals actually got the same thingys eg. gf banned since when, we are in love and i visit her quite often in viet. wish to have approval to enter for ROM purpose.
thus i tot all same same so they use the same letter format to reject.

too many fake marriages, spoilt market lor. now real marriage also become no guarantee.

btw, my fren did told me his viet gf fake marriage with a sillypore guy to get PR.
at that time i didn't believe is fake cos i thought why would a local guy fake marriage with a viet girl? for money but how much they can give?

No choice bro,for them,that is your problem cos your future wife is ban before

The true facts is ICA can ban any foreigner even those that did not commit any crime at here before,to come in without giving any reason.Is a country rights.

If i was u,i would dicuss with her like if she really no chance to come here,what will she do and for u what will u do?

Not only fake marriage.Also broken marriage with foreign spouse,foreign wife get caught for illegal activity,bad press about vietnamese here work as WL,news about vietnamese ppl come here to commit crime and current govertment policy

I happen to know one case whereby one viet girl who divorce after 5 years of marriage with her sg husband.After her divorce,she went to renew her PR status.That time when she got PR,she was given 5 years but now she was only given 1 year.

Her friend who came almost the same as her when they marry,got renew for 5 years.She is still marry with her sg husband.

I suspect due to ICA suspect that she was involve in a fake marriage,she was reduce from 5 years to 1 year PR status even though she now work in a well known company but not high position

Good money ... I think is around 10k region...

U mean her gf is fake marriage before .. So now is want real marriage ...

If her ban is based on others plus fake marriage ... I think chances very slim ...

my fren case is that.. his gf got PR status thru fake marriage, now working at viet pubs.
so i guess if she renews her PR, she will need to give money to the fake sg husband again?

my fren checked at the ROM website before, her marriage is still valid and in force.
for her case, my guess is that because few years back the govt give PR papers like free coupons. that's why she got it even she does not hold a proper job in spore.
