Sources from BNI with regards to the recent arrests of hundreds of PRCs involved in gambling activities..... was that the info came from the PRC "gahmen" themselves and only selected groups were targetted. These groups were not "gahmen" sanctioned and working on their own. Those groups backed by the "gahmen" are still very active in the PI and operating with impunity.

Use Grab or you can use the taxi's parked on the right side after you leave the airport. They will say $500 but $300 is usually enough. Using grab will be around $200.
