Base on the map,i dont think from Nongsa to Harris Barelang is any nearer.

From the map i guess Btm centre is nearer to Harris.

Seems like there is no way any tourist would be able to keep any of his/her sim card anymore,as tourist cannot register the sim card on their own. Hmm...
