Hi guys. Can anyone confirmed that zoom art is not allowed by airlines ? I am planning my trip on 16th May.
It does not matter. I did my ART via an online doc service. Key is that they issued the ART result w a DOC name an considered as a notarized doc.
Saw an Australian man being told an email reply from clinic is useless as there is no doc name. My printout was w name and signature and sent by the online doc service
I don't know. I am perm in Philippines for a while.

Just back from my 10 days trip..
No test requirement for me to return to sg. But before boarding scoot back need to go online to fill up SG arrival Card e-health Declaration. Then show scoot counter to get your boarding pass. When I arrived in sg.... no one check any thing.
Do immigration also check for travel insurance incl. covid19 ?

Thought the insurance component was compulsory. But neither Singapore or ph side asked for it. But it’s better to get it just in case they asked. One health pass also didn’t ask for insurance to be uploaded.
Can just buy on the spot if they asked for it. $20-30plus.

Now if vaccinated, no insurance needed
