H89 is one of the hotel for Batam group package tour... also the indoor MP is also in the itinerary of batam 1 Day tour group.

Many sg aunties knows how to book the hotel near there and shop in that area.
That why I only go penuin in the early morning...

Years ago did tried a VIP service at (peppy) opps Fanindo included FJ for rp150K. Remember the room equit with a bathtub also noted that there is a device on the ceiling.

Reviews are mostly for those who were on tour group,so it isnt exactly accurate.

Meaning to say if you are cheonging and not on a shopping tour or to places of interest,the hotel it is good. But for cheonging,hehehe...

Most time,i would suggest 2 hotels to most of my friends. Utama Hotel and Formosa hotel (or around those 2 hotel's area).

I dont plan to travel with that "bag",hehehe... but more onto trying to buy and then sells it. Online price is between S$25 to S$40 each...so its a good deal for me. And i already sells a few of it to those uncles,hehehe...profit enough for me to buy few of those "bags" for free. So this time,i am buying it to reward myself.

Compare to shopping centre price, there will be cheaper. That whole area have quite a numerous of coffeeshop. Good location for food. Further up u will reach BCS shopping centre. No worries on bringing gals to room. Sleeping alone in Batam is weird.

To add on, tua pek kong temple is just further down also

Hotel89 has an in house massage according to what i have read in this thread from bro Newyorker, and its suppose to be a "clean" place,hehehe...but massage itself was good.

Pepy massage,one of the 1st few MP i tried around the Utama area when i 1st step into Batam around 4 years ago whereby i was able t get HJ at 100k and FJ at 200k rupiah,hehehe...but that was the price last time,dont knw about now....hehehe...maybe price increase.
