i hv been dying to find an alternative to MTW. the black faced recep/cashier attitude really spoils my day. and sometimes will mess up my appt. this plc really got zero customer service. they just rely on regulars and are contended with their business

i dun mind paying more for a decent hairwash + massage. but cant seem to find a legit alternative to MTW. most of the other similar salons are usually aunties washing.

if not will be those proper salons at shopping centres where the shampoo gal might be a SYT. but these kind of salons if go there to wash only (dun cut hair), appears to be a little weird

There are many salons around Jalan Besar Stadium - more than 3 other than MTW. Have u tried ?

think i visited the other salons few yrs back. one was full of viets if i didnt recall wrongly. and the other one was mostly milfs.

so end up, i still went back to MTW

if got any salons with some decent ladies, pls share intels. i will also share if i come across.

actually some time ago there was this salon at Bukit Timah road (some bros here will know). individual room, even serve TWG tea. gals quite decent looking too. $50 per session. it was a legit alternative to MTW. too bad it closed down like within a year

Suddenly remember Salon 916 in Siglap after seeing some posts here. Anyone remember or still patronize this salon?

I must hv been there like some 8-10 years back.
Then, the gals were quite decent in terms of looks (but still lose MTW) n skills.
Clean salon, reasonable pricing, most of the gals can cut hair too (that’s their edge over mtw n other salons)
But then that was my experience so many years ago ...
Any Bros who been there recently pls update ... I might make a rare visit when I’m free ...

wah i jus saw their FB. the gals like really bu ke yi

for now, i jus go normal salons with xmm shampoo gals. got 2 regular salons where i found chio syts. will alternate between the 2 salons for now

really hope got another decent hair salon that provides similar service like MTW but with better ambience and service

Got one PRC lao chio. But nowadays that salon more female customers than men. You might just run into your wife's friends there 😂😂

Just came back from 916 salon. If u can tahan those ah sor keep talking non stop. Then is OK. I rather go to my reg place at Azami Barber. Although also all aunty, got 2 syt, one China n one viet. The viet cannot really cut. Also ice queen, no smile no small talk.

Guess want to have a decent hair wash with some syt salon r really gone. Nowadays education is getting better n higher, young gals r now working more in Office.

Extensive nvr try. Only opt for the usual $45. Don't bother going bro, go once n I blacklist. Maybe I swuay, those ah sor really talk non stop.

Mtw noise is still manageable during lunch break. This siglap one..... Like mini wet market lol
