Bro Owen, thou i am not a great admirer of Panjang but I feel he is able to offer us the height in attack especially at the opposition box something which the team has lacked. Also despite his height, Panjang seems to hold the ball quite well.

I agree more with Owen on this - Crouchie has never maximised his heading potential - how many times he cushioned a header into the arms of the goalie

I remember Little Luis Garcia is a much better header of the ball than him.

He lacks pace and drifts in and out of games. He does score some spectacular goals and is a decent finisher. Having said that, there are better power forwards around who can head the ball and hold it up: Heskey, C Cole, Carew. They are all available and strange no news from Hodgson on this front.

A big hoo ha on the LB position for nothing. Now Aurelio and Insua are both staying. Insua will have to win back the fans after his attempted move.

Looks like there wil be a change of owners by end august. The premier league have been informed.

RH intends to field the BIG NAMES in this coming Europa League game against Rabotnicki. Based on this morning's practice match between those kids that played in the 1st game and our so-called big names, it would be better for RH to retain the kid's team for the return leg. Why?

They beat the BIG NAMES team 3-0!!

ermmm ... honestly 3m is quite an insult for a BRAZILIAN INTERNATIONAL n a regular who featured like 70-80% in all of Pool's games last season.

somehow i've a change of heart on Lucas. i think maybe we should give him another season under RH to realise his full potential which we have not seen his best. esp now that JM is poised on leaving, playing 1 main DM looks like the more logical option, and hopefully it'll give him the chance to shine. despite playing so many games, he was 1 of the fitter lads who amazingly seldom gets himself injured. that is another plus point.
