TV got no W. Hence, you can't find wa. Wa is actually Qua. Don't know why use W in place of Qu, maybe W is only 1 alphabet and Qu is 2 alphabet. Don't laugh. Heh heh

Actually, some are not misspelling, but what they have always used in SMS. There are short forms meant for SMS only.

IMHO, the southerners read qua as "wa" while the northerners read qua as kua"

and many vb here r from the south (it depends where u cheong though) so they use wa

and best part of all, its faster for them to type "wa" than "qua" on their favorite xnn nokia phone aka our army phone. not just it's 2 alphabet but also W can be typed with single pressing

eg. nho ox wa VS nho ox qua

Ya, I'm aware of this. Just like they like to use j in place of i cause j is 1 key vs 3 key for i. This thing about northern vs southern TV, I had a tough time adjusting when I got my first Hanoi girl after numerous HCM / AnGiang / Can Tho / etc girls.
