I did it last year going to sg embassy in bkk and make a declaration using sg IR8A saying my total annual income. You can declare before cpf or after is up to you as long as show on IR8A and when you apply the thai immigration may ask u is how much in Thai baht a year and a month etc. Sg embassy will not be bother to ask you as they just check and sign only. My sg income quite ok so didn’t bother to check is before or after cpf as is much more then the thai requirement.

Re: Living in Bangkok!

And i always pay and get agent to do, spe d some extra money so i dun waste time queuing and getting wrong info. Sometimes is not always good to save money, some money u need to spend to get things done easier and faster.

If u dun need to live long term in Thailand, just go thai embassy in orchard road to apply and ask there.....cheap and easier. After that when u live in thailand longer u will learn more....

My agent in CM and also dun think i want to recommend as well. Like I mention earlier if you're not preparing to make the 5 years resident visa and just want to stay 90 days, just go to orchard road Thai embassy to apply and get the form there ask directly with the embassy to get correct information.

Unless you want to spend spend and go thru all the trouble to do in Thailan d and stay more than 90 days without getting out of Thailand, then I recommend u to apply in Thailand AFTER this 1 year visa u got from Singapore.

Ask Thai embassy staff in Singapore where you stay is easier and correct information than asking in sex forum lah........AIYO !!

Re: Living in Bangkok!

Attach a link from one of those popular thai visa agent........

https://www.siam-legal.com/thailand-...riage-Visa.php

https://immigrationbangkok.com/thai-marriage-visa/

https://www.sunbeltasia.com/marriage-visa

Long ago when I live in Bangkok, i use Sunbelt......now I live in CM and I use other cheaper contact but is only IF you live in Chiangmai and want to do it there.

Those new comer and not staying more than 90 days in Thailand, just apply in Thai embassy Singapore will be cheaper, easier, faster and less hassle. Dun waste your money & time trying to do in Thailand unless you want to apply work permit or the 5 years resident visa later.

And with Ah Goo is so easy to get information online, so please don't be so lazy and keep asking in SEX forum lah......KNN just go Orchard to ask isn't it faster, clearer and easier??

Re: Living in Bangkok!

"Hi bro,

I saw you explained the marriage in thai.

In No 1. Is it 40k salary every month and show the tax income will do?
Or only option for no 1 is need 400k and do I need to every month bank 40k baht ? "

Ahboy ah, i dun like to reply pm so I better explain here so others can also understand........40k monthly salary is rule set by thai immigration to ensure u have enough money to live in Thailand. So if u work in Singapore, u need to go to Singapore embassy in Thailand to show your IR8A yearly income tax return and ask embassy to let u make a declaration form to write on your own how much u are making in Singapore annually.......when you submit this embassy letter to Thai immigration, sometime she will ask you how much is in Thai baht per month etc and u just need to tell her or show her the writing you wrote on the declaration letter lor.........for me, I just write i work in what company and how much annual salary as per my ir8a and estimate is how much in sgd per month and estimate is how much in thai baht.....knn the sg embassy people also just sign and stamp for me for 200 or 300 baht fee if not remember wrongly.

40k baht is only SGD 1800 nia, if you work in Singapore dun tell me your salary after or before cpf cannot reach this amount??? If cannot reach after deduct cpf just say the gross salary amount before cpf is ok, as long as your IR8A show your total gross salary......no need to be after cpf net amount lah. (I not so sure also for this part cos my official sg salary declare is way above 100k baht monthly, so to be safe u better ask one of those agent or just go sg embassy to declare and go personally to bkk immigration to apply and ask them directly is also ok if you really want to save the agent fee)

Bro correct me if im wrong, after 3 years consecutive years on Marriage visa can apply for the PR liao...
For me i will for sure go for the PR , once and for all cut off all the hassles.
With PR status, do anything here in Thai also much more convenient...

Go for it if you really want to stay in Thailand for a longer time...
and do some online trading E commerce and anything you can get over 100k thb...and in Thailand, you are very very very comfortable...

So if i get the 90 days visa i just need to report for 90 days and still can stay in thailand or have to leave the country after 90 days and back again?

the 3 months given is for the time to stay in thailand and apply for the marriage visa...is not any special marriage visa..just a extention to stay and apply for Marriage visa..
I strongly believe the bangkok officer who said 60 days is the days need to get the visa after apply...
The way they understand your questions, you really need to use our normal logic to understand how they understand us...really...you will get use to it..

but duno got issue anot with like this.

So the single entry is 90 days no need 400k baht? and just pay money to extend 90 days?

but i check online they said if ur salary is more than 40k baht also can but i found out this criteria dont have liao..now is 400k baht for multi entry
regarding this, if really get the or have the 90 days marriage visa and left thailand and come back again into thailand...i only can advise you enter only via suvarnabhumi airport and not Don muang..
D.M airport is really famous of rejecting entry to visa holders irregardless of what type of visa..
IF you enter by suvarnabhumi airport..when going to immigration, go to the right side..the counter for the Thai citizens..ignore the marshall to direct you to the mass on the left...will go crazy with the wait..go direct to the one i mentioned..mostly no question ask and just stamp and go..
i always do that when i return to thailand and nothing happen..

First, a foreign husband apply for 90 days Single Entry Visa-O then in order to remain in thailand without exit the country, just go extend (up to 1 year) or apply for another 90 days. Keep repeating the process 4 times per year. For those who managed to extend up to 1 year, they just need to report status every 90 days.

Then of course the 1 year Multiple-Entry Visa-O, which obviously can exit anytime and last 1 year but every 90 days need to update your status.
for mine is applied in thai for the marriage visa, got 1 year and do 90 days report if i dont leave the kingdom.if do, the new entry date to 90 days then do 90 days report...
For multiple entry marriage visa, if you travel frequent, and in the 90 days you left, no need to do the reporting, but if any time of the stay is longer than the 90days, have to do the reporting..if not n less than 90 then dont need
