In my experience, price is part of communication prior to session booking. In my opinion, once you have confirmed a session with a Domme, like price, session time...., then you cancelled it or no show, then that would be considered as backing out.

Of course you can ask. You can directly ask them "what's the hourly tribute rate". Only thing they don't like is haggling.
