I am curious, who will take an effort to check the rates from D1 to 7 including checking with few exchange stores in a particular district and move on to another? Unless this who is changing thousands and thousands of SGD or there is a website showing all various rates in HCMC.

Ive been told to try and get exchanges at gold smiths arpund town, maybe D5 chinese area. The locals do it and i got very good rates. Rm1 to 5820d. Sadly i cant tell you where because a friend changed it for me.
