We may have similar stats bro but our structure and proportions are most likely different. However i have to admit that when I wear oversize clothes, I do look slim because of my smaller frame I guess. When I take off my clothes and look at myself in the mirror, I look alright (personal opinion) as in the muscles are in their right positions. Yes, its not easy to maintain and if we eat too much too quickly, we gain more fats than muscles (if you're facing similar issues as me).

I agree with you that the lady must be disciplined. If she's not, then no point even meeting. Nothing will work for people for long, guys and girls alike, who aren't disciplined.
