My suggestions,
1. Reduce masturbation to once or twice a week.
2. Go for a clean massage prior to sex. Personally I find foot massage cheap, relaxing & effective.
3. Pull back foreskin for greater arousal.
4. Ask partner to foreplay w balls, nipples or ears
5. If still cannot, more extreme measures incl jg (but no release) prior to fj w regular partner.
6. To test if still can cum during fj, try above on another non-regular. If this works, it means it's a mental thing & regular partner not as stimulating as other partners or compared w in the past.
7. Another method u can try is for gal on top. Ask her to squeeze her knees hence her virginal is tight around ur dick. V slowly but tight rock up & down. This shd simulate hj. When high arousal is reached, ask partner to increae tempo or more aggressive. If partner is tired, roll while maintaining ur dick in her virginal so tt become man on top.
