I dont think it is in Singapore, because the scene there dont look like room of CAT 150 house..
Do you think OKT in CAT 150 house here will allow you to go to room first? During my encounter, OKT always tell customers/ clients to wait in the lounge first, and then when WL arrive, then she bring customer/client to the room. Morely, it is illegal FL..
