Maybe 12pm alot of office workers around want a quick fuck lol. I'd say try around 2-3pm.

Or they could be walking around city square inside. My first time there, I think only after 1 hour plus did I manage to get someone I want. Just hang around a bit near Decathlon, then walk 1 round, then go up next level and walk another round, then go back down and hang about. Then walk to Merlin bridge, hang around there too. You will see some of them heading in and out of City square

Haha ya i was thinking maybe a bit too early. Was a bit paiseh to hang out at Merlin bridge cause i said no to all the PRCs on the bridge so didnt want to make it clear that i was indeed looking out for a FL, just not them LOL.

Hung out at Decat for maybe 15 mins then called it quits. Will explore a bit again when i have the chance.

- sitting at coffeeshop at end of bridge
- at lift landing at end of bridge (beside the JBCC toilet)
- wondering inside City Sq
