PA is in no position to say that there was no corruption involved with all the "mistakes" made by the grassroot organisations.

PA staff are not trained in the Prevention of Corruption Act, which can fully be appreciated by only CPIB officers.

Even the Auditors are not in a position to exercise the Act

Hence I call on the CPIB to investigate.

Will Minister Khaw initiate CPIB investigations by lodging a Police Report?
