Now ICA has already installed a new biometric system by NEC. The girls fingerprints are scanned into the system before they are sent back. When the system is fully implemented (means for all in-coming foreigners), the system will automatically alert the custom officer for "blacklisted" people. So they will get into more deep shit if they re-enter sg using another ID.

hehehe our gov have not fully implemented the system but in china they already have counter. In china the gals can have plastic surgery to alter fingerprints. One of my friends gal got sent back a while back (caught standing around GL, the undercover ask her how much, and she say "ta ni de ma, 5000 yau bu yau." well even though its blatent to us she is not selling her service the undercover still caught her, sent back without reason, they wont even let her make one phone call.), 3 weeks later she is back under new name and passport, she even got herself a student pass (which require finger print scanning). hahahha.. all she paid was RMB 20,000.

i dun thk many PRCs, if given d choice will want to return bk to their country. It's like efforts all wasted havin paid a lump sum to come here n wk.

PDMMs especially, brought their kids here at a very young age. Most of d kids come here to start their primary education. For those luckier ones, their kids may oredi be in sec sch now, n perhaps even close to completing O levels. they could perhaps then return bk to homeland to complete their higher education. but for those who have juz started their pri sch education, it's like neither here or there. i thk PDMMs will try their best to at least stay here for a few more yrs to let their children complete their basic education. dun thk they have much choices now in terms of wk ... mayb waitress, tutor, salesgirl, factory worker bah ... inevitably some may moonlight in HCs, KTVs for easier $$$ ..
