An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Events host Sara-Ann Krishnamoorthy, 38, got married in July and decided against accepting sponsorships.
She says: "Weddings are stressful enough. Why would I want to also worry about making sure I thank all my sponsors, and having to put up social media posts for them?"
"A wedding is supposed to be intimate and special. Sponsored things are great, but can lead to a wedding feeling really 'jia' (Mandarin for fake)."

It's not true. In her own wedding, she prominently displayed the sponsors for her wedding on the stage screen. She spent more time thanking her service providers than the parents of her spouse. She even got a quack pastor said he could "feel" that there are guests who had very bad migraine and he could perform miracle curing for these guests.
RazorTV is a business arm of SPH, so Straits Times interviewed their own people because Mel is not alighn to SPH.
These unkind remarks are uncalled for. I can vouch that many of the Melissa Celestine' guests are happy for her. She has a higher level of fame and taste (than Xiaxue) to attract those sponsorships.
All the best Mel! And I wish you happiness.
